Resist, Exist, & Persist

Romans 6:15-23

ROMANS 6:19b

“For just as you once presented your members as slaves to impurity and lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness leading to sanctification.”

God’s grace grants us eternal life, but is also intended to transform us into Jesus' image. It not only guarantees our salvation, but should govern our everyday behavior. In other words, now that we have a new-life through Jesus’ grace, why shouldn’t we just let our hair down once in awhile and sin a bit here or there? After all, nobody’s perfect and we’re all saved by grace anyways right? We'll tackle these questions and look at practical ways of living out our faith this Sunday as we dive back into Romans 6:15-23 in our next Message: 'Resist, Exist, & Persist!'
